Inspired by my favorite short story, Neutron Star by Larry Niven. This species is very interesting: not only do they see with their hands but they also talk with them. Yup those are hand-mouths. These creatures are known for their unsettling elegance and high intelligence. Their place in society is indicated by how they style the hair on their back, which covers the hump containing their massive brains.
